Mercedes-Benz has announced its decision to centralize its North American headquarters to the 1MB building located in Sandy Springs. In addition, the company announced the opening of a research and development facility in metro Atlanta, with a specific location not yet named. These expansions will bring a combined 500 jobs to Sandy Springs and metro Atlanta.
